These just-released photos (below the jump) show Mischa enjoying the festival with a large group of people who are spread out on blankets on the grass. When Mischa turned over while laying down, her short purple dress didn’t quite cover up everything that needed to be covered up! Check out the "oops" photos here:

Check out her black shorts under her clothes. Kinda weird to be layering all of those clothes (especially the leather jacket) in the heat of the summer, but to each their own I guess. I’d like to see her wear the shorts with a different top.

Right now the film is in limbo because the production company Yari Film Group is in bankruptcy proceedings. But according to SlashFilm.com, the bankruptcy court will meet in late July. The fate of Yari’s films could be decided at that time (or sent directly to DVD).

Back at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, the movie from director Brett Simon got lots of buzz.

Besides Barton, the film stars Reece Thompson, Bruce Willis and Michael Rapaport.

At this point, I doubt the film will be completed for theatrical release, but it would be nice.

Though I’m not sure what the puppies had to do with the opening of the famous sale, it did make for really adorable photos.

Mischa arrived at the affair in a green horse-drawn carriage as confetti fell from above, right after a band of bag pipers walked ahead of the carriage.

In these set of photos below, the quality of the pictures are a little better than others I have uploaded from the event. The red carpet photos of Mischa in her beige dress are really good, showing off her legs. You also can see in some of the photos glimpses of her really cute small brown handbag. These set of photos are really beautiful showing Mischa in the carriage. Mischa was picked as the celebrity to open the famous sale for Harrods’ owner Mohammed Al Fayed.

I have two videos from the event to share. In the first video, you can see the excitement from the audience as they await for Mischa’s arrival and for the opening of the sale. Mischa doesn’t appear until the fourth minute of this video, but it’s still worth watching to see all of the excitement. They are playing The O.C. theme song in the background before she arrives.

In this next video, Mischa is interviewed. The video and audio don’t seem to match, but you can watch the original video here. Mischa talks about The Beautiful Life as well as her excitement for being at the Harrods’ event, saying filming for the new CW show will start July 22 in New York.

“It’s nice kinda like Sex in the City meets Entourage about fashion,” is how Mischa describes her new show, in which she plays veteran model Sonja Stone.

That said, not only is it an honour to be asked to open its annual sale, but something I’m truly looking forward to."

And let’s not forget the puppies! We know Mischa is a big dog fan so I’m sure she loved spending time with the pups!

Mischa was to arrive in a horse-drawn carriage before arriving to take a tour of the store. And it was a BIG event, as Harrod’s even had a parade of bag pipers!

"I love London style - it’s nice and eclectic. I see, in my future, spending a lot of time in the UK," Barton told VOGUE.com In regards to fashion, Mischa looks absolutely stunning in this short dress and high heels. I hope to see her do more red carpet events because I love it when she dresses up!

Her character Shelby wants her ex-boyfriend Mike (Matthew Long) back when he returns home for a visit while in college. But Shelby didn’t think he would move on so fast to a new girlfriend Elizabeth (90210’s Jessica Stroup) who he brings home with him.

In this clip below, Elizabeth tries to escape from Shelby but isn’t having much luck. Those dang car alarms!

In a previously released Homecoming clip, Shelby shows off her Kathy-Bates-Misery-nursing skills.

Barton was out on Thursday, June 26 at Bungalow 8 in London wearing one of her favorite pieces – a bowler hat, a plaid shirt and a black embroidered jacket over her form-fitting black leggings. I’m not a fan of her complete look this time, but I do like her hat.

Some of the pictures I saw have her eyes closed, so I’m sure those will be the majority of what we see on other websites.

I hope Mischa returns to New York in the near future to start filming The Beautiful Life, her new show coming to The CW this fall.

On the video, they use the song that plays in the promos for Barton’s new TV show, The Beautiful Life. The song plays during the opening scene of Zac Posen’s fashion show during New York Fashion Week on the show.
