It seems like the online media just isn’t happy unless its lashing out about Mischa Barton’s weight.

A few months ago, everyone was saying she was too skinny and gaunt-looking. Now, some media reports are calling her “bloated.”

Sometimes it just seems like Mischa can’t catch a break.

And sometimes, people, it’s the photographs. How would you like it if every picture someone took of you was put online for the world to see? Even those pictures you would prefer to delete or throw in the trash? The ones where your eyes are half-closed that makes you look like you partied too hard even though maybe it was just that your eyes were caught in the camera’s flash. I mean, hasn’t that ever happened to you?

When young girls read stories about a certain celebrity being too fat or too skinny, they are paying attention. Some of these girls will starve themselves so they can look like the models in magazines so they can “fit in” even though this may not be a healthy weight for them.

Mischa will start filming The Beautiful Life in New York City in a few weeks. Let’s give her a chance and see what photos emerge.

In fact, I thought she looked really adorable last week while walking her dogs in Beverly Hills. And she looks pretty dang skinny to me while attending the Glastonbury Festival.

It’s been forever since we’ve seen pictures of Mischa Barton with her beloved pets Charlie and Ziggy.

Mischa, who was in London just a few days ago, was spotted in Beverly Hills on Thursday for a business meeting, taking her dogs along. Mischa is wearing a really adorable short dress in light denim blue.

Mischa will start filming her new TV show The Beautiful Life in New York City later this month, so maybe she is planning to stay in the states now.

Mischa Barton had a slight "oops" moment when she was photographed at the Glastonbury Festival in Glastonbury, UK on June 28.

These just-released photos (below the jump) show Mischa enjoying the festival with a large group of people who are spread out on blankets on the grass. When Mischa turned over while laying down, her short purple dress didn’t quite cover up everything that needed to be covered up! Check out the "oops" photos here:

Mischa Barton kissed a pair of puppies — one wearing a blue bow and one with a pink bow — during the Harrods Summer Sale opening on Saturday in London.

Though I’m not sure what the puppies had to do with the opening of the famous sale, it did make for really adorable photos.

Mischa arrived at the affair in a green horse-drawn carriage as confetti fell from above, right after a band of bag pipers walked ahead of the carriage.

In these set of photos below, the quality of the pictures are a little better than others I have uploaded from the event. The red carpet photos of Mischa in her beige dress are really good, showing off her legs. You also can see in some of the photos glimpses of her really cute small brown handbag. Arriving by horse-drawn carriage, Mischa Barton kicked off Harrods’ Summer Sale in London on Saturday.

These set of photos are really beautiful showing Mischa in the carriage. Mischa was picked as the celebrity to open the famous sale for Harrods’ owner Mohammed Al Fayed.

Mischa Barton was the featured celebrity to open Harrods’ famous Summer Sale event in London on Saturday. Barton arrived at the event in a horse-drawn carriage behind a band of bagpipes. (view photos of Mischa t the event)

I have two videos from the event to share. In the first video, you can see the excitement from the audience as they await for Mischa’s arrival and for the opening of the sale. Mischa doesn’t appear until the fourth minute of this video, but it’s still worth watching to see all of the excitement. They are playing The O.C. theme song in the background before she arrives.

In this next video, Mischa is interviewed. The video and audio don’t seem to match, but you can watch the original video here. Mischa talks about The Beautiful Life as well as her excitement for being at the Harrods’ event, saying filming for the new CW show will start July 22 in New York.

“It’s nice kinda like Sex in the City meets Entourage about fashion,” is how Mischa describes her new show, in which she plays veteran model Sonja Stone.

Mischa Barton made a big splash opening Harrod’s Summer Sale in London on Saturday.

"It’s really exciting and it should be really fun," Barton told VOGUE.COM before the big shopping event. "Harrods is iconic and a great buy during a blowout sale is a girl’s dream come true. That said, not only is it an honour to be asked to open its annual sale, but something I’m truly looking forward to."

Mischa is pictured in some of the photos with Harrods owner Mohammed Al Fayed.

And let’s not forget the puppies! We know Mischa is a big dog fan so I’m sure she loved spending time with the pups!

Mischa was to arrive in a horse-drawn carriage before arriving to take a tour of the store. And it was a BIG event, as Harrod’s even had a parade of bag pipers!

"I love London style - it’s nice and eclectic. I see, in my future, spending a lot of time in the UK," Barton told VOGUE.com In regards to fashion, Mischa looks absolutely stunning in this short dress and high heels. I hope to see her do more red carpet events because I love it when she dresses up!

Not exactly Mischa Barton’s best photo, but FINALLY we see her out and about somewhere! It’s been a while since she’s been spotted.

Barton was out on Thursday, June 26 at Bungalow 8 in London wearing one of her favorite pieces – a bowler hat, a plaid shirt and a black embroidered jacket over her form-fitting black leggings. I’m not a fan of her complete look this time, but I do like her hat.

Some of the pictures I saw have her eyes closed, so I’m sure those will be the majority of what we see on other websites.

I hope Mischa returns to New York in the near future to start filming The Beautiful Life, her new show coming to The CW this fall.

The Beautiful Life executive producer Ashton Kutcher (https://twitter.com/aplusk) twittered a little bit on Wednesday about the show.

As the “king” of Twitter (in some circles), I guess he is teaching the cast how to use Twitter.

Of course, Mischa has been on Twitter for a while now, though she hasn’t “twittered” much lately.
