It’s been forever since we’ve seen pictures of Mischa Barton with her beloved pets Charlie and Ziggy.

Mischa, who was in London just a few days ago, was spotted in Beverly Hills on Thursday for a business meeting, taking her dogs along. Mischa is wearing a really adorable short dress in light denim blue.

Mischa will start filming her new TV show The Beautiful Life in New York City later this month, so maybe she is planning to stay in the states now.

This video interview of Mischa Barton is actually from around February when Mischa was promoting Herbal Essence in Spain.

But this is the first time I have seen this "Europa Press" video, which not only talks about Herbal Essence, but her Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain movie, her experience on The O.C. and who she still has contact with from the show.

This video was taken way before Mischa accepted the role in the new CW fall drama The Beautiful Life. She talks briefly about Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain, the movie that she had just finished filming with Martin Sheen in India about that time.

About The O.C., she says she was 16 when she started the show, so it was quite a growing experience for her. She says it wasn’t her choice to leave the show, though she was given two choices on how the character would leave. Mischa said she thought Marissa dying was a better ending for her character. I don’t think The O.C. fans will see it that way, but ….

Basically, Mischa doesn’t see those on The O.C. cast much at all. It sounds like she might have seen Adam Brody more than anyone else since the show ended.

Mischa Barton was featured in the Red Hot Hollywood March 2009 issue of BlackBook guide.

In anticipation of the release of the issue, BlackBook released a couple of videos of Mischa talking about her favorite places in LA and her favorite people.

On her official blog, Mischa Barton has asked her fans to start following "The Real Mischa" on Twitter (a popular social networking site) instead of a fake Mischa.

 The fake one, according to Mischa, was using the username "mischabarton" and was posting not that often, but here and there (and seemed pretty real, honestly).

 The fake Mischa Barton on Twitter had more than 30,000 followers — which is a lot. After announcing that "therealmischa" is THE REAL MISCHA BARTON on Twitter, Mischa’s new identity has almost 1,300 followers. She’s currently following seven people.

On her blog, Mischa writes "For those of you who have been following MischaBarton on Twitter, I just wanted to let you know that that wasn’t me. I’m not exactly sure who was running that account - all I know is that I JUST joined Twitter this past Monday."

Mischa says with her username “therealmischa,” she plans to keep fans up to speed on what’s going on while trying to get the hang of Twitter.

Interestingly enough, the username “mischabarton” on Twitter is not the same now. So I guess it was deleted today.

Mischa’s second tweet (”therealmischa”) said this to @mischabarton:

“@mischabarton i appreciate your keeping people updated with whats going on on “my” life, but i think i’d like to do my own twittering now.”

On Wednesday, “therealmischa” said she spent her second day in Montreal shooting the new CW pilot The Beautiful Life. Her dog Ziggy is keeping her company.

I will have to admit that I’m pretty irritated over the whole Mischa twitter thing. Mischa’s name has been thrown out on dozens of lists and media stories the past several months as being one of the few “real celebrities on Twitter” — along with Ashton Kutcher and others. I wish this would have been handled when Mischa’s official website launched (www.mischabarton.celebuzz.com) instead of waiting months later. But that’s just me.

Regardless, I’m glad to see THE REAL Mischa on Twitter.

X17 Online captured this video of Mischa Barton’s sister Hania Barton enjoying a cigarette recently.

Is she spaced out like X17 Online suggests? Not necessarily. She appears to be a normal person smoking a cigarette outside not knowing she’s being filmed. More than anything, it looked like she was thinking or daydreaming about something, which would explain her facial movements. What do you think?

By the way, Mischa has TWO sisters: Hania and Zoe. Commenters say the video is of Hania, so I’m changing it to her name. However, X17 Online says it’s Zoe. I’ll go with the fans’ opinions.

On Mischa Barton’s official website, Mischa says she will be spending Christmas 2008 in India with her family where she is currently filming Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain.

Mischa says that usually her family has a pretty traditional Christmas as far as foods are concerned. Some of the more unusual menu items (for me at least) would be Christmas pudding with brandy cream on top.

A Christmas tree with gifts is common too in Mischa’s world. Her favorite Christmas memory is how the gifts would magically appear under the tree. Just when she thought she caught her parents in the act, they hired a Santa to throw her off their trail! Read more

Mischa Barton wished her fans a Happy Thanksgiving last week in this video on her official website.

Mischa explained that because her family was originally from England, that they have learned how to do Thanksgiving over the years — but finally have got it together!

I think it’s pretty cool for a celebrity to attempt communicate directly with her fans and hope it continues for a long time.

To me, it’s especially meaningful to get a holiday message from a celebrity.

Yay! I couldn’t get access to photos from Mischa walking her adorable dogs together - Ziggy the little one and Charlie the cutie pie - but I do now have video!

In the video above, filmed on Tuesday, Mischa was seen out walking her pups with a friend. She didn’t have anything to say to the camera, but it’s just nice to see her out!
