M.R.A. Realties Inc. is suing Mischa Barton for refusal to pay rent on her $7,000-a-month apartment in New York City, according to ABC News.
The landlord is alleging in a suit that the last three month’s worth of rent haven’t been paid and is wanting the rent and legal fees.
According to the lawsuit, Mischa’s one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment started in September, during the time when Mischa was planning to live in NYC to film the TV show The Beautiful Life. But The CW canceled the show after two episodes.
Shortly after, Mischa returned back home to Los Angeles.

Putting canceled-show The Beautiful Life starring Mischa Barton, Sara Paxton and others on its own YouTube channel has worked well, according to show executives.
Basically, the show has gotten a second life, according to a story by CNN.

Good news! Mischa Barton will guest star in a future episode of Law & Order: SVU, according to TV Guide.
Mischa will play a hooker named Gladys in an episode set to air March 3. Her character is hiding a secret that will be complicating for Mariska Hargitay’s Benson, TV Guide said.
The interesting part is SVU executive producer Neal Baer has been twittering clues about Mischa’s casting. His clues were Bongo, Singer and Austin.
TV Guide reporter William Keck was thinking the guest star was Matthew McConaughey, but Bauer called the writer to exclusively reveal Mischa’s casting.

There are 304 screen captures for episode four and 390 screen captures for episode 5 featuring Mischa, who plays model Sonja Stone.
These episodes are among the TBL episodes that were completed but did not air on The CW because the show was canceled after the second episode.

In this really cool Mischa Barton fan video, there are several photos from photoshoots done in 2009, making most of the photos pretty current. I recognize photos from her Donna Modern photoshoot as well as a few photos from The Beautiful Life.
Visually, I like how the video was done – how the photos slide up and down and match well with the “Take It Off” theme.

Corbin Bleu (High School Musical) who starred along with Mischa Barton, Sara Paxton and others in the short-lived CW show The Beautiful Life is now sharing his “beautiful change for 2010″ with YouTube viewers.
Though The Beautiful Life was canceled by The CW in September, TBL executive producer Ashton Kutcher with help from corporate sponsorship from HP: Create Change has brought all of the episodes that were made to YouTube.
