Mischa Barton walks dogs in style

Mischa Barton walked her dogs Ziggy and Charlie in style Friday in New York City.
Mischa looks really beautiful in these photos — wearing a polkadot dress with a black leather jacket and a colorful autumn-looking scarf. She looks happy and carefree — and very healthy (thin) — I think her exercise plan is working well.
It appears Mischa has a hole in her tights — but other than that — she looks like a million bucks.
I wonder if Mischa attended a Halloween party tonight? It looks like one of her dogs is already dressed up (or needed a coat)!
