Mischa out during Fashion Week in hot black polka dot dress

Mischa Barton and a friend are spotted out in New York City Monday night during the Spring 2010 Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.
Mischa has been wearing some beautiful dresses lately and this one is another one of my “new favorites.”
I love the small polka dots on the short sexy black dress. The belt really does make a statement and brings the dress to a new level.
But the lacy sleeves make the dress, topped off with black stockings.
