Mischa Barton style: Fringe is in

Fringe is in — whether its on these cute moccasin-style boots or other shoes, tunics, vests and even handbags.
According to a story from Knoxville News Sentinel, the fringe trend began this spring when stars including Mischa Barton, Lindsay Lohan and Kate Moss were seen wearing fringed Minnetonka moccasin-style boots.
For fall, other designers took notice and are adding their own versions to their fashion lines, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.

I suppose that when fringe came into style, wearing a bra went out? Or maybe that’s just Mischa’s “quirky” sense of style (read: lack thereof).
