Mischa Barton has a personal trainer

Mischa Barton, who has said in many interviews that she doesn’t like to work out, now has a personal trainer!
Mischa is reported as saying she has hired the fitness trainer to help with her energy levels:
"I never had a workout regime at all, but recently I have hired a personal trainer because I feel my energy level is better when I am working out. It helps to be very healthy and fit in this job."
So, this could be why Mischa was looking so great at the beach lately. Or perhaps was in response to recent pictures that have shown that the years of having a fabulous body without any effort finally have worn down – which is perfectly normal. Mischa has led a very privledged life that way. And she’s right – being fit is not just about how you look, but also how you feel. And I’m glad Mischa is pursuing a healthy lifestyle!

I’m not surprised. It’s about time she did something good for her body.
Good. She was really getting fat!
She was no where near said “fat” longtime fan. She just wasn’t as slim as she used to be. Mischa wasn’t looking her best, but she also was pretty close to a normal sized woman. But it’s definitely a good thing she is getting back into shape, so that these “fat” comments stop. I know I am guilty of quite a few, but still, in all honesty, she wasn’t as bad as a lot of us made her out to be.
Agree, the Fat comments are nonsense, brodys baby I like your comments here & glad you’re admittin ur part in this Misha is obese campaign, in all seriousness even someone who hates her can NOT say shes fat!
