Mischa Barton at Rooney Concert

Mischa Barton, as we know, has a new boyfriend (awww!), Rooney guitarist Taylor Locke. It mostly became public when Mischa went to a Rooney concert this month, but may date much further back. Well, a month back at least.
Some fans from the Jonas Brothers/Rooney concert on February 2nd snapped up a shot of Mischa! The photo is from Ava:

We waited around for a few minutes, it was about 6 o clock. I turned my head to see Mischa Barton!
"Mischa, can we have a picture with you?" I asked her.
"Uh yeah I guess so." She said in her kind of odd voice.

aaaaah im going to a rooney concert in april in dublin, and mischa has family here so she might go with taylor and might be at the concert! that would be heaven!
