Mischa Barton and Puppy

Mischa Barton was spotted playing with some puppies at a pet store in Bel Air. She was with her mom, and neither were overly happy to see the paparazzi. And the paparazzi are now, of course, saying Mischa has a "slightly fuller figure". And don’t fail to notice that Mischa is not wearing a bra.
