My smart readers picked up on the book that Mischa Barton is reading here:

It’s called Running with Scissors: A Memoir. In the US it has a red cover, but in the UK it’s a green one:

It’s about a troubled child who always manages to get through. It is moving and funny, although not intentionally. I bet it’s a good read!

Oooh! Coincidentally, Evan Rachel Wood (her former co-star) is starring in the film adaptation.
