Mischa Barton is reportedly set to marry musician Cisco Adler in a swanky wedding in February.The sexy ‘OC’ star, 19, is said to have booked out Los Angeles’ trendy Roosevelt Hotel for the nuptials, just a month after 26-year-old Cisco’s proposal.
