I won’t say this is the most attractive picture of Mischa Barton, because it’s not. She looks a little grumpy in a faceless mask kind of way, and the jacket makes her small chest even smaller. I do like the shoes, however.

Cisco’s Kimberly tattoo

So, Cisco and Kimberly Stewart were engaged. That bombed. Now Mischa and Cisco are engaged. Except there’s only one tattoo above Cisco’s heart, and it’s not for Mischa Barton.

Mischa Barton engaged

Yep, you heard it. Engaged. Mischa Barton, 19 years old, has accepted the proposal of her (ugh) main squeeze, Cisco Adler. And they’ve been together how long?!?
