Mischa credits mom for fashion savvy
Mischa credits her mom for all her fashion know-how. That must be one really fashion savvy mother! Then again, all the older styles are coming back into fashion.
Mischa’s mom knows her best. Knows what fits her and what suits her. And also what will make her a star on any red carpet. It’s also great that Brit mom brings something different to the US fashion mags.
“Mischa Barton has… confessed she always asks her mother for clothes advice. She revealed: “I go to my mum for approval on everything style-related. She grew up in London in the 1960s and she is pretty cool. She knows what looks good. I think she is the reason why I favour the retro look.”
However, despite her cool style, Mischa claims she hates shopping and doesn’t take a lot of care over what she wears. She told Britain’s Sunday Times Style: “I like fashion because it’s another way of expressing yourself. Then again, I don’t put a lot of effort into it, so I would hate to think that anybody is really scrutinising what outfit I wear. Lord knows, it’s going to change next week.”"
